  • If you are not satisfied with our merchandise. Please contact us within 3 days of delivered date for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form
  • RMA can be either faxed or emailede


HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

  • All return item must be in "original condition" otherwise they won't be honored. ex)Original  packaging or already sold & used by end-user(final consumer 
  • Unauthorized reutrn, wrong items, not original condition items would be shipped back at buyer's expense
  • Restocking fee is 20% of total invoice(excluding shipping fee)
  • Return will be processed as exchange or store credit only
  • Please fill out RMA completely and enclose it with the item you would like to return 
  • We will not honor any items that have passed our 3 days Grace period 
  • Please use legitmate parcel carriers such as USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL for shipping. Note**Shipping Expense would be at buyer's expense for returning items
  • For any returned packages with failure delivery, i.e.,multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address informaiton, or delivery refusal, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase, minus original shipping cost, and return shipping cost as well as 20% restocking fee

  • We take great pride in our reputation for high quality and excellent value and in order to keep our prices as low as possible we normally do not accept reutrns or exchanges. In any case, if you aren't satisfied with a purchase/damaged(during transportation), we will assist you with a prompt replacement of your return(s) or inventory doesn't  permit; then you will be given a store credit.
  • All return must be notified within 3 days of delivered date & be shipped out to us right away once it is approved. It must be accompnaied by an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number, RMA form, or copy of your invoice.

  • If you cannot obtain an RMA form, please include a copy of your invoice & write it on the top right corner.

PACKAGING AND RETURN INSTRUCTION

  • PLEASE!!  Items that have been displayed, offered for sales, without packaging or marked in any way -  aren't returnable
  • Account will be credited or exchanged once items are fully returned in a good condition.
  • Along with an RMA form, package your return a secure box
  • Ship by using usps, ups, or any other legitimate shipping company. (Please note any shipping return expense is your expense)
  • We don't send return label (Unless we shipped wrong item code or dead on arrival)
  • Return Grace period is 3 days from the delivered date.
  • We aren't responsible for any lost or damange package(s), so please ship your package insured with tracking for your safety
  • Any returns receive due to poor package, will not be honored
  • Any returns with no items code or invoice number, will not be honored
  • Items must be in original condition, otherwise won't be honored (Please no marking on packaging, remove price tags(or stickers), etcs)

RESTOCKING FEES

Please note that our restocking fee is 20% from invoice amount

1. For any reason you didn't like our product & wish to return

Eligible - was shipped under your freight account / no freeshipping promo

Fee -  if amount exceed or above $50.00, there will be 20% restocking fees

i.e. -  $50 x 20% = $10 is restocking fee

 

2. Any return under free shipping promotion

Fee - Cost of freight will be deducted

Fee - Return amount above $50 ,  20% fee will be applied

Note - If return amount is less than $50, only freight charge

i.e. -  If cost was $15.00, it will be deducted (all will estimated fee will be done by ups)
